| What information does the WGAM collect? How do we use it? |
The WGAM does not collect Member information electronically. Although you can download membership and tournament forms, the WGAM does not collect or store your responses electronically. The WGAM does not sell anything over the Internet and does not collect credit card information from Members.
When you visit our web site, our web server will automatically recognize your Internet Protocol (IP) address. This is not the same thing as your e-mail address. Your IP address does not identify you personally. The WGAM will use it only to compile aggregate statistics about traffic to our web site.
The WGAM web site does not currently feature a guestbook for Member e-mail feedback. If that feature comes online, only WGAM personnel will see your e-mail address.

| How does the WGAM use tournament information, including photographs?
As stated on all Tournament Entry Forms, the WGAM reserves the right to photograph participants in and at WGAM events and to use these photographs in conjunction with WGAM promotions, including publications and/or the WGAM web site. The WGAM will also publish on its web site the names of competitors in many of its tournaments, together with scores as they become available. Note, however, that no photograph of any junior competitor will be published on the WGAM web site without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
